Do your products ship internationally?

Yes, the products  Soblix are sent all over the world.

What delivery methods are available?

With  Soblix you can choose different delivery methods:

  • Colissimo - Home delivery (in mailbox), with tracking
  • Chronopost - Home delivery (to mailbox), with tracking

What happens once I have validated my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

We take care of shipping your order within 24/48  h.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a second email once your item is shipped.

What if I am not available on the delivery day?

Packages delivered by post generally do not require a countersignature.

The few packages delivered by professional carriers sometimes require a countersignature upon receipt.

If this is the case and you are not there when the delivery is made, a card will be issued to your mailbox with information on what to do.

What is our return and refund policy?

With Soblix, you have 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the receipt of your products. However, the item must be returned as new in its original condition.

If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be arranged simply by emailing us on our contact form.

Can I request an exchange of an item?

Exchanges are not possible, however you can return them for a refund. Then you can reorder the item(s) you are interested in.
