At Soblix, we do our best to ensure that our products are sturdy companions for all your adventures. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. In this unlikely event, we invite you to consult the following conditions for returning a product.
How can I return my product?
To request a return, send us an e-mail to support @soblix.com with the details below:
Photos of the product, packaging and accessories. Your order number and the date you received the product. Please add a proof of delivery, which will be available on the carrier's website. Also include the reason for the return request. Are there any other details you feel are important for us to know?
What is your return policy?
If your purchased item is in unused condition with product, packaging and accessories intact, the item may be eligible for return or exchange within thirty (30) days of delivery. If the returned item cannot be restocked because it appears to have been used, your request for a refund, exchange or store credit will not be processed.
How do I cancel/modify my order?
Cancellations and modifications will only be taken into account if the order has not yet been accepted by our warehouse. Once the order has been accepted by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
To request a cancellation, send us an e-mail to [email protected] and tell us why you wish to cancel your order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to at least 14 working days for your refund/store credit/exchange to be issued.
